The challenge

The Phoenix Casino & Lounge became a client of bakermedia™ about a year and a half ago. Since then, we had the opportunity to revamp their entire marketing strategy for the Casino. Which included redesigning the “Bird Logo” in which we wanted to build the identity that it was in fact a business that specialized in Poker. The logo chip was the concept we created to remedy this issue.

Ben Baker was the first person in Sacramento (and Northern California for that matter), to introduce Social Media to the Card Room and Casino industry! Since then, almost all Casino’s and Card Rooms have adopted social media into their marketing plans, and even copying his graphic design work style. Why? It’s simple. Ben’s marketing strategies work! In less than a year, Ben built up a base of new customer relationships for a total of over 1,300 local Sacramento friends, not counting the based pulled from traditional advertising methods.
